Next, we will develop a custom agenda with you that addresses the issues that you need to address to meet the meeting goals and get the results that you need from your meeting.

Throughout the meeting, we will keep the group on track to achieve the identified goals
within the meeting time frame. We will create an environment of participation, and use
proven techniques to ensure that everyone has the opportunity and comfort level to
contribute.

Consensus

There are different levels of consensus that can be achieved at meetings. We will work
with you to determine what level is appropriate for your group and the desired results
from the meeting, and then work with the participants in the meeting to ensure that the
appropriate level of consensus is achieved.

For the Record

After the meeting, we will provide a written summary report of the meeting that includes
assigned action items, next steps, and photographs of the meeting and the team.
